Galway City Council is now in the process of reviewing our Customer Service Action Plan and Customer Charter 2025. Our Customer Service Action Plan and Customer Charter will contain information on what our citizens, customers, communities and elected representatives can expect from our service delivery. 

 

As a public service provider, we value quality customer service in every area of our work and for everyone who uses our services. The Customer Service Action Plan and Customer Charter will set out the standards of service you can expect from us. We will continuously monitor and improve our service for you and all our customers.

 

Galway City Council invites responses to the questions set out in the Consultation Survey.

 

If you wish to complete a paper version of this survey, they will be available for collection from Reception at City Hall, or can be requested by email from customerservice@galwaycity.ie / seirbhisdochustaimeiri@galwaycity.ie, or by calling us on 091 536400. Completed paper surveys can be returned to Customer Service, City Hall, College Road, Galway, H91 X4K8.
