Works to enhance the junction of The Crescent/Sea Road will begin from Monday October 7, 2024. These works are scheduled to take five months.
This scheme will deliver improved safety for walkers, wheelers and cyclists, including vulnerable road users and children.
Works include the construction of two new pedestrian crossings, a new footpath on the western side of the road, and new safety measures.
Landscaping measures are also included as part of the project.
