Bulky Goods Collection
Galway County Council & Galway City Council will be providing a bulky goods collection at the Tuam, Ballinasloe and Clifden Civic Amenity Sites and at Barna Recycling Waste facility on the Headford Rd from 29th July to the 11th August 2024 (subject to review)
Items that will be accepted
Upholstered Furniture, Couches, Armchairs and 3 piece suites, Wardrobes, Bedside Lockers, Bedframes, Dining Tables and Chairs.
Items that will not be accepted
Construction & demolition waste, Waste electrical items, Hazardous waste, Bags of household waste etc, Toys / Trampolines etc, Ceramic items.
Gate Fee: €5 per Van/Car and Trailer
Please note that this service must be booked via the Barna Recycling Waste website (below) before arriving at any of the above sites.

Pre-booking is essential to avail of the €5 gate fee. Failure to do so will result in the individual being required to pay the gate and weighbridge fee.

OPEN TOP CAR TRAILERS ONLY
NO TRACTORS
NO HORSE / ANIMAL OR AGRICULTURAL TRAILERS ALLOWED.
