This temporary portal provides advance notice for agents and other stakeholders regarding upcoming statutory changes under Part 4 of the Planning and Development Act 2024. Below you will find a preview of draft templates, and official links to the overarching regulations.
The full implementation of these changes is governed by national policy and underpinned by supporting regulations.

The following template documents will become effective immediately following commencement of Part 4 of the Planning and Development Act. Applications submitted after the enactment date, without the correct statutory notices, will be deemed invalid.
