You may make Housing Loan payments to Galway City Council online on www.mycoco.ie. This facility is available on both desktop and mobile devices.
In order to create an account on MyCoCo.ie, you will need to know your Customer Loan Account number and your PIN. You can request your PIN from Galway City Council by emailing accountsreceivable@galwaycity.ie. Your PIN will be issued to you by post.
Once registered on MyCoCo.ie, you will also be able to view your transactions, see account balances and view statements. Please note it may take up to 24 hours to view your statement and allow payments to be made.
