The site comprises part of the Dyke Road Car Park and is located in the Headford Road area of the city.
The development will deliver 219 homes, a creche, open space, and pedestrian pathways and connections. The project, known as Corrib Causeway comprises phase one of the redevelopment of the Dyke Road Car Park site.
