Galway City Council welcomes the positive decisions of An Bord Pleanála to grant consent for the BusConnects Galway: Cross-City Link (University Road to Dublin Road) project.
This project represents a significant milestone in the development of the city. It will provide improved walking, cycling and bus infrastructure along an east-west corridor through Galway City Centre.
Galway City Council is assessing the Board’s decision, and will communicate with stakeholders, elected representatives and the public regarding the next steps in due course.
